AW James secures pre-let from IWG ‘s Spaces
Spaces which was founded in 2006 in Amsterdam and now has locations in more than 25 countries globally including existing UK hubs in London, Liverpool and Edinburgh, has taken 35% of the buildings space across the ground, first and second and third floors. The brand, a sister company of Regus, will use the offices to create a co-working and serviced office centre and the approximately half the ground floor space for a business lounge and café.
The Spaces pre-let represents the largest deal in Milton Keynes for more than three years and leaves 66,000sq ft of office space available at Avebury Boulevard with a further 19,800 sq ft under offer on the seventh floor.
The building, located next to Milton Keynes Central main train station, offers floorplates up to 23,000 sq ft with some having private or shared terraces as well as a 4000 sq ft reception area with a concierge service and an integrated multi storey car park that offers a parking ratio of 1:545 sq ft.
